Important safety notice: Safe Eclipse solar viewers are intended only for direct solar observation when used strictly in accordance with the instructions provided. Improper use may result in serious eye injury, including permanent vision damage. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Safe Eclipse solar viewers must not be used with cameras, telescopes, binoculars, or any other optical devices without appropriate certified solar filtration designed for that device.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices shown on the site are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Taxes, including VAT where applicable, and shipping charges are shown at checkout or otherwise before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, or typographical errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a pricing or listing error materially affects your order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made through our store.

Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to purchase. After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that we have received your order. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.

A contract for the sale of goods is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you or otherwise expressly accept your order.

We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel any order for lawful reasons, including suspected fraud, suspected misuse of the store, product unavailability, pricing errors, payment authorisation issues, or suspected resale or bulk purchasing inconsistent with consumer purchase terms.

Shipping, delivery, and risk

We ship across Europe and to select international destinations. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and charges are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by destination, local carrier performance, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruption, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is formed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery in accordance with applicable consumer law.

UK / EU cancellation rights, returns, and refunds

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union and purchase from us online, you generally have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

We do not offer a general voluntary returns policy beyond any rights required by applicable consumer law.

For non-faulty items returned under a statutory cancellation right, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Returned goods may be inspected only as they would be in a physical retail setting. Where permitted by law, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For safety-critical solar viewers, folding, creasing, bending, or damaging the frame or filters may materially reduce or eliminate the item’s resale value. Where permitted by law, any refund may be reduced to reflect the actual loss in value, which may in some cases amount to the full purchase price where the returned item has no remaining resale value.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

No direct exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must place a new order separately.

Use of the chatbot or any online support flow does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have.
